The ten International Foxtrot figures and variations detailed on this instructional DVD were taught by Russ Hesketh,

with the assistance of Lynda Berkahn, at the social dance classes at the

Hungarian Community Centre in Melbourne late in 2009.

The figures include the most interesting of the foxtrot figures together with variations developing the basic patterns.

The DVD initially shows each figure twice through, followed by a further twice through with the timing voice-overed.

Then each figure is described step by step, with the foot patterns for man and lady voice-overed for every step

as it is displayed on screen.

The TECHNIQUE CHARTS give full details of all steps, including advice on leading and precedes and follows.
